Terms of Use

The license and terms for using ColonyEdge.

Last updated October 21, 2026

These terms, including the end-user license, apply to everyone who uses ColonyEdge, which is provided by CropCents, LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using ColonyEdge you agree to them on behalf of your company.

1. The service

ColonyEdge is a Windows program and cloud service that reads vendor invoices, lets your staff review the details, creates bills and vendor credits in QuickBooks Online with the invoice attached, and renames and files invoices in folders you choose.

2. License

For as long as your subscription is active, we grant your company a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ColonyEdge for the QuickBooks Online company named on the license.

3. Accounts and users

Each user signs in with their own email address. You are responsible for who you invite, for keeping sign-in details private and for activity under your company's account.

4. Plans, trials and limits

5. Billing and cancellation

6. Your data and your books

7. QuickBooks and other services

ColonyEdge connects to QuickBooks Online, which is provided by Intuit under its own terms. Intuit is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for ColonyEdge. Changes to QuickBooks Online or other third-party services may affect how ColonyEdge works.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep ColonyEdge available and may update the program and service to improve them. Planned maintenance will be kept short and, where possible, announced in advance.

9. Disclaimer

ColonyEdge is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your company paid for ColonyEdge in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using ColonyEdge and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment or a serious breach of these terms. When your access ends, the license ends, and retained invoices are deleted on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
